Missionary Staff

  If you're interested in joining us or searching out your calling to the urban poor, we would love to talk to you.  We are always happy to have more staff who have a heart for Jesus and bringing his message of hope and deliverance to the urban poor of Lower Bottom, west Oakland.

Support Staff

  Are you looking for a place to get your feet wet in ministry?  We welcome those with special gifts and talents that are not necessarily called to be a missionary.  We'd love to talk to you about becoming a part of our ministry!   

Summer Intern

  Every summer we need summer interns.  If you are in college or just need something to do in the summer and are over 18 years old, come to the Lower Bottom and serve Jesus!  It's a fun-filled summer with kids, camping, and lots of loving.  If you have a heart for the urban poor and want to spend a summer serving God's children, please contact us!

 Volunteer

  We are always in need of volunteers!  If you want to mentor/tutor a kid, volunteer to serve or cook breakfast, or just come down and do some maintenance work for us, we are always available for single people or groups to come and spent time with us. if you are a youth pastor and would like to take your youth group to west Oakland for a week anytime of the year for a missions trip, please contact Amanda at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
